The Stilts, officially named Albanus, is a Red village located on the banks of the Capital River. It is ten miles down river from the city of Summerton and the hometown of Mare Barrow and her family.

The village has a market where vendors sell their wares and goods from stalls. Villagers are required to attend a mandatory Feats of First Friday event each month.

The Stilts is named for the village's high buildings which rise on stilts ten feet off the ground. In spring, the lower bank is under water, and in summer, it is Texas hot
