The Capital River Valley is a region of Norta. It is ruled by Governor Welle.
Description
The Capital River Valley contains villages, such as Mare Barrow's village, the Stilts, and big cities such as Archeon, the capital of the Kingdom Norta.
Mare Barrow traveled on the river on the royal boat on her way Archeon. As they passed the villages, Mare saw that many of the villagers had been forced out to watch the royal family pass by. Almost to the capital, they saw Grey Town, one of the villages for techies to work in.
