Delphie is a city and region located in the southern portion of the Kingdom of Norta. It is ruled by House Lerolan.
History
Delphie has an airfield and is one of the bases for the Air Force of Norta.
Delphie had been included in one of the bombings done by the Scarlet Guard. Colonel Macanthos brought it up during a large gathering in Queen Elara's personal dining hall, but was shrugged off by the Queen herself stating that it was a training exercise incident.[1]
