Halley is an older woman, about fifty. Her hair is black streaked with gray. She is graceful in movement with a quiet elegance. Her voice is soft and unassuming.

Biography[]
Halley works as a servant of House Eagrie. She is presented to King Maven by her mistress, Mellina Eagrie, after he claims that the Scarlet Guard is killing newbloods and he will protect them. Halley then demonstrates her ability for him.
Abilities[]
Halley has the mutation that grants her a Silver-like ability, despite having Red blood. She has the ability to detect if someone else has an ability.
