House Merandus is one of the High Houses in the kingdom of Norta. Members of this family are whispers who have the ability to manipulate and control the minds of others.
History
It is said in Queen's Song that House Samos, Merandus, and Osanos had the best chance of winning Queenstrial. Both Elara Merandus and Evangeline Samos later go on to win their own Queenstrial. One of the Whispers, Elara, used her powers to push Queen Coriane's depression to the breaking point, resulting in Coriane's death and Elara's rise to power.
