Rafe is a newblood and an electricon.
Biography[]
King's Cage[]
Rafe, along with Ella and Tyton, help train Mare at the Piedmont base. He fights alongside them in the battle at Corvium.
He tells Mare that he was born in Piedmont, in the Floridian Islands, and that Montfort recruited him a few months ago.
War Storm[]
Rafe stays at the Piedmont base with Ella when Mare goes with the delegation to Montfort. He joins Mare and the group to overthrow New Town.
Broken Throne[]
After the Nortan Civil War, Rafe returns to Montfort with the other electricons.

Physical Description[]
Rafe has black skin and shockingly green hair, dyed to match the color of his lightning.
Abilities[]
Rafe has the mutation that grants him a Silver-like ability despite having Red blood. He has the ability to control and generate electricity, making him an electricon. However, unlike Mare his lightning is green instead of purple, and he favors web lightning.
